Notice is hereby given that the Amity Township Zoning Hearing Board shall hold public hearings on Monday, August 30, 2021, 7:00 p.m., in the Township building, 2004 Weavertown Road, Douglassville, PA 19518. The Board shall consider two applications.

1) Christine Hall requests variance relief from Zoning Ordinance Section 958(b) (buffering of outdoor storage areas), in connection with the installation of fencing at an existing landscaping contractor’s establishment at  1091  Ben  Franklin  Highway  West, Douglassville, PA 19518.

2) Two Farms, Inc. requests variance relief from  Zoning Ordinance Section 927(g)(2) (sign area, height and number), in connection with the installation of signs at a proposed convenience store/gas station at 31-39 Old Swede Road, Douglassville, PA 19518. Copies of the applications may be examined at the Township building (address above) without charge or obtained for a charge not greater  than  the copying cost thereof.
