All businesses require a\u00a0Zoning Permit<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and a\u00a0Landlord Registration,<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0Tenant Registration<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0Non-Profit Registration<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0to locate within the Township.<\/p>\n

Business Registration and Licensing as well as Change of Use or Occupancy regulations are in development \u2013 this will help us maintain an inventory of businesses within our Township as well as pertinent contact information and other details about your business. At change of Use or Occupancy an inspection will be conducted by our Code Enforcement Officer prior to issuance of a Certificate of Compliance of the\u00a0International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC)<\/a>.\u00a0 After consideration of the Board of Supervisors, these regulations will be linked to this page.<\/p>\n

\nTrash and Recycling for businesses are private within the Township \u2013 the regulations are\u00a0here<\/a><\/strong>.
\nSewer Billing<\/strong>\u00a0is done by a third-party on behalf of the Township \u2013 questions may be directed Support at Dallas Data Systems (610) 819-6059. Electronic billing and payments may be done through\u00a0Xpress Bill Pay<\/a><\/p>\n
