Sealed Proposals for the installation of plumbing fixtures, piping, fittings, valves, etc. related to the erection of the Public Works Storage Building will be received by Amity Township, 2004 Weavertown Road, Douglassville, PA 19518 until 10:00 AM, Monday, September 11, 2023, at which time the bids shall be publicly opened. Bid documents can be obtained at the Township office or downloaded here: PW Storage Building Plumbing Revised Spec.
Proposals shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the proposal. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended.
